Batman Helping Gotham

In many cases, I, the Batman is Gotham city's only means of saving the day.  Gotham witnesses a large amount of crime on a day to day basis and I use all my gadgets and expert training to defeat my foes.  Learning the way the city treats me and how many people in Gotham act help me when crime arises tells me a lot.  Most of the time I have to stop just some thugs trying to rob a store or bank.  Protecting Gotham and preventing crime can become very difficult when I face the ultimate enemies like The Joker, and Bane.  in my movies I am faced with the tasks of defeating these opponents and saving thousands of lives. Every once in a while, I will be defeated or my opponent will cause slight destruction to Gotham city.  Bane breaking my back is an example of this as he was able to wreck havoc as I healed from my injury.  Ever since my parents died when I was just a young boy, I have made it my goal to protect and save all in trouble in Gotham.  While this may become difficult at times, I do it to gain respect from the people of Gotham and to ultimately defeat all possible threats that happen to Gotham.

My story as batman started as a popular comic book that started in 1940.  The very first issue is called "The Joker".  this issue is valued at a very large sum of money.  With 665 comic books in all, my comic books have been active from 1940 to 2006.  There have also been many movies and television shows about me that have become very popular.  My most popular movies of late have been the Dark Knight trilogy.  This trilogy included three movies titled "Batman Begins", "The Dark Knight", and "Batman; The Dark Knight Rises".  Each of these movies have become very popular and have shown much of the younger generation about me and my adventures.  In the first movie, I battle the scarecrow.  In the second movie, I do battle with The Joker and stop his effort to rule Gotham and cause massive destruction.  In my latest film I have to deal with Bane, Bane tries to take over Gotham and kill all of the police forces and me too.  He tries to use a bomb to destroy the entire city.  I have also come into the gaming scene as I have made appearances on two games recently that have done.  These games are "Batman: Arkham Asylum" and "Batman: Arkham City".  these titles and all of my recent movies have done very well and help assisted in advertising the stories of the Batman to a younger audience.

Batman Enemies

During my time in Gotham city, I have met many enemies that have intended on damaging Gotham and its people.  My most prominent enemy, is the Joker.  The Joker prides himself on comedy, being a clown and master criminal.  He does his wrong doings using a comedy sense and style.  The Joker is an enemy who keeps turning up constantly trying to hurt the city of Gotham.  One of the most recent enemies I have faced is in the movie 'The Dark Knight Rises" where I do battle with Bane, a convict who escaped a prison in South America and was trained by Ra's al Ghul.  Bane is known as the person who broke my back.  Ra's al Ghul, as mentioned before, is one of my biggest enemies that I have faced.  He is an immortal being that plans on killing and injuring many people all around the world .  Ghul is an ultimate terrorist who aims for a perfect environmental balance.  He also values me as a worthy opponent that is worth fighting.  I am also faced with the giant crocodile enemy Killer Croc.  Based off a skin mutation, Croc has become a huge enemy that is a cannibal.  He uses his mutation to become a very bad enemy that becomes a serial killer.

I am the Batman, I reside in Gotham City protecting the people there from crimes and acts of violence.  I chose to help people from danger after my parents were killed by criminals when I was only just a young boy.  While i do not possess any super powers, my use of gadgets and fighting skills assist me when fighting enemies.  I am known for the bat symbol and all the bat themed gadgets and tools I use to protect people.  My actual identity of Bruce Wayne, multi-millionaire is not known by many as I am very good at keeping my secret identity.  There are many thugs and enemies in Gotham such as my nemesis, the Joker.  The Gotham police department is always assisted by me with their situations and problems.  The department commissioner, James Gordon puts a bat signal in the sky when I am needed for help.  During my experiences, I always helped by my butler, Alfred.  Alfred helps me with equipment, identifying criminals and making sure I am accommodated.  He is one of the few people who knows of my true identity.  I have become very popular in the general public as there have been many movies and comic books written about my adventures.  Being the Batman is a very special thing, and it always feels great to help people and protect the city of Gotham.
